The Next Big Thing

in 2009 we started a small and quite project called Verge Record’s which later turned out to be one of our best bet’s that we’ve ever called into, we met some of the coolest people including Josh Nichols and everyone of Scout’s Honor, Jacob Overholt, Jordan Mason and a few other awesome people who stuck by us at Launch 2011 and ever since, it was in 2010 we actually turned our perfect idea into reality when we signed free the empire (now scouts honor) and Edge of Eternity in May 2011, i thought to myself what could else come out of this Label so we signed The Home front, Between the Tides and started paying more attention to our label and getting things out there and making sure people listened to these awesome bands. now let’s fast forward to March 2012, in February we stopped paying attention and worked up a new plan for the next Verge update to get things going so later in March a company named onerpm.com contacted us demanding us to change our name due to “copyright” of the same Label named Verge Record’s that releases “World Music” we obviously looked at it and thought hm.. this could be something different for us to do so in reality we’ve decided to start the next big thing and generally get back out there and make our selves proud and the City we call home proud of us.

In conditionally working with a few of our Friends in the music industry we decided to push on with our label giving into the idea of getting back into it so Today April 2nd 2012 we’re going to start a new label under a new name and bring the same bands from verge over to the new label and make sure we don’t stop our love for music and loose faith in bands who call our label Home, And to sit back and watch the future come to us and make sure we don’t stop what we’re doing, This new label will be called something entirely different then what we started with verge, we’re hoping to form a new name within days after this is Posted.

thank you to everyone who helped us out with verge and it’s entirety we don’t want to look like asshole’s continuing on as verge records. So, we hope to see everyone else out at LAUNCH 2012 This Month. we’re not stopping anything from happening to our company besides the fact of changing into a new label
